Warranty
We offer all our customers a 2-year warranty on our timepieces. This applies to manufacturing defects and does not apply to wear and tear due to daily use.
- Defects and damages due to normal wear and tear.
- Lack of accuracy of the watch if within the limits of average industry tolerance.
- Routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or an accident.
- Defects and damages caused by improper use, alterations, tampering, dismantling, modifications, or services and repairs completed by anyone other than an authorized service center.
For a watch with a water resistance of 10ATM or higher, the repair is not covered by the warranty if it turns out that the crown was not properly sealed. Make sure the crown of the watch is always tight against the case in the correct position.
In the watch industry, it is normal for bracelets not to come with a warranty. Only the operation of the mechanism is covered by the legal & additional warranty.
The warranty on the mechanism applies to abnormal deviations. Deviations acceptable within the industry are not provided with the manufacturer's warranty by our company.
Return policy
All watches come complete with a plastic seal around the watch to ensure that you can try on your watch and check that you are satisfied.
When the seal is removed from the watch, we can no longer accept any returns because the product is not in its original condition as at the time of purchase. Also, adjusting the bracelet may cause the right to a refund to expire, as the product is not in its original condition.
As a customer, you have 30 days right of withdrawal from the moment of purchase. You should inform us within 14 days after receiving the product that you want to return it. The product should be in our possession at the latest 14 days after informing us about your wish to return it.
You should enclose the original packaging, the product cannot be used/worn and should be sealed in the original plastic wrapping when returned. Once verified that the watch is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund. Please note that if your watch does not meet the above criteria, we can unfortunately not refund the product.

The number of jewels in a watch typically refers to the synthetic gemstones (usually rubies or sapphires) used as bearings or friction-reducing components within the watch's movement. These jewels are strategically placed at key points in the movement to reduce friction and wear, thus improving the watch's accuracy, longevity, and durability.
The power reserve of an automatic watch refers to the amount of time it can run without winding or wearing it. It's essentially how long the watch will continue to function once fully wound, typically ranging from 24 to 72 hours or more, depending on the watch's design and movement.
An automatic watch contains a small, coiled spring called a mainspring. As you wear the watch and move your wrist, a rotor (a semicircular weight) inside the watch pivots with the motion. This rotor is connected to the mainspring. As it rotates, it winds the mainspring, storing energy.
The mainspring then slowly releases this stored energy to drive the watch's gears and hands, keeping time accurately. Automatic watches don't require a battery because they rely on this mechanical system powered by your wrist's movement. However, they may need periodic winding or wearing to maintain power reserve if not worn regularly.
To adjust the date on your watch, follow these steps for a smooth and safe process:
- Pull out the crown to the first position, which is usually the position closest to the watch case. This allows you to make adjustments without affecting the timekeeping.
- Turn the crown in an anticlockwise direction. This will start moving the date indicator on the watch dial.
- Select the correct date by continuing to rotate the crown until the desired date is displayed. Take your time to ensure accuracy.
- It's crucial to note that setting the date should not be done between 9 PM and 3 AM. This is a delicate period for the watch's internal mechanism, and adjusting the date during this time can potentially cause damage. It's advisable to wait until the watch transitions beyond this time range.
By following these simple instructions, you can easily adjust the date on your watch while taking precautions to preserve the integrity of its mechanism.
Should you encounter certain deviations in timekeeping outside the manufacturer's specified range, we recommend you have it checked by a local jeweller. They will be able to advise you directly what the problem is with your watch. That this happens is quite unusual, as we mentioned earlier, our mechanisms are known for their reliability and operation.
Swiss mechanisms are known for their quality development and quality control, so it is not crazy to think of a life span of several years or even a decade. Of course, we cannot guarantee this, these are only indications passed on by the developers. However, you can be sure of a high-quality mechanism that will do its job for years.
In summary, an automatic watch has a timekeeping range due to the inherent complexities of its mechanical movement and the various external factors that can influence its accuracy. Regular servicing, proper care, and wearing habits can help maintain a watch's accuracy within its specified range.
